Mental illness plagues our world, effecting millions of people. The most common side effects suffered by all are anxiety and depression. Those two mental toxins find their way into most of our homes, and they can be hard to talk about.

I find it a little easier to deal with the commotion in the noggin when you can put words to what’s going on. Countless studies are constantly in motion in the hopes to figure out causes, preventions, and solutions. The ability to find comfort in knowledge, and to use it as a tool for coping can be beneficial in your journey to figure you out.
